Work atmosphere is ok.

Dislikes

People try to pull another person down. Especially if someone from the manager level dislikes one employee, that manager or whoever it may be from management, he will start torturing that person to leave the job by himself. And there is no PF for many employees, HR gives false commitments, there is no Diwali bonus, and the salary increment is not even 10%.

Company is Good, only Ambernath plant Director Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is a Third class person in the whole Ambernath plant. Just because of him no any new enployee continues this organization. He Is think that every employee is slave and behave like that. Whenever uneducated person rules the company then definitely that company goes down n Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is the perfect example of the same. No PF, No Bonus, no any deductions. No growth, no development. Such horrible experience I have served... If you left company then you will get your experience n other certificates after 45 days... no Job security... Don't ever think to join this company specially Ambernath plant... Nerul plant is good than Ambernath.......Read More
