The Directors are reachable. Both the Directors they make sure that they know what each employee does in terms of Key area responsibility. They also does board meeting to solve small minimal issues which is good for company and the employee..

There are few new managers heading crm department they are more concern about the old manager working style.. instead of coming up together and working together ... These new managers have favourite and they push them up.. So when I joined on the day one the new manager told me that no one will except you and would not like you intervention.. this was really scary for me... specially on my first day... Job security was shattered and he told me that don't worry I am your reporting boss you can reach me .. The story was really different when I actually worked with the old staff they are really good. Very bad management for professional employee. Unprofessional and uneducated company old employee doing high level politics.
