Ourmetallurgy includes Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel & Super Duplex Stainless Steel & Exotic Alloy Grades like Hastelloy Inconel,etc. This gives us an edge & makes us the only fully integrated valves manufacturer from India.
We at Oswal manufacture Castings in Duplex & Super Duplex, Hastealloy, Inconell, Monel, Precipitating Hardening Alloys, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, and Carbon Steel for Valves confirming to ASTM, DIN, NACE, BS & JIS standards.
We manufacture castings for oil and gas, petrochemical, refineries and other sectors. Castings are manufactured by Electric Induction Melting Furnace, Moulding & Core making by two parts no bake system on OMEGA Moulding. Heat treatment is done in Gas furnace.
