OIL has India's largest single location integrated manufacturing facility of over 100,000 square metres.Our captive Steel Foundry is dedicated to manufacture only Valve Castings. Ourmetallurgy includes Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel & Super Duplex Stainless Steel & Exotic Alloy Grades like Hastelloy Inconel,etc. This gives us an edge & makes us the only fully integrated valves manufacturer from India.
We at Oswal manufacture Castings in Duplex & Super Duplex, Hastealloy, Inconell, Monel, Precipitating Hardening Alloys, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, and Carbon Steel for Valves confirming to ASTM, DIN, NACE, BS & JIS standards.
We manufacture castings for oil and gas, petrochemical, refineries and other sectors. Castings are manufactured by Electric Induction Melting Furnace, Moulding & Core making by two parts no bake system on OMEGA Moulding. Heat treatment is done in Gas furnace.
