Our Salary gets on time i.e. on 7th of every month; but every months salary cutting due to any stupid reasons as below: Late-coming, Ur desk was unclean , Ur Key board was full of dust, U have not kept ur mouse in well manner , U have done mistake in ur work - so total rejection cost will be debited (yes but ininstallments) After asking to HR regarding this cutting - she directly told me that she has given target of Rs. 50K per month by Laxmi mam (Owner's wife) to debit from employees salary by any kind of reason. & need to share photos of the reason with date & time daily basis....Read More
Main strategy of Orpac is first take Original Documents of new joiners (By asking for review only), then make bond of 2 - 5 lac (Depending on Post & Salary offered) - @ Bond they tells in the beginning of first Interview. Then after Bond Signing they ask security amount cheque of bond value or they will keep original documents with them till time. Once process overs & first month ends then the story starts of salary deductions under variety of clause mentioned above. They have kept notice period of 2 months. or you have to pay them this amount of salary if you does not complete their notice period. - Even after completion of Bond. Most irritating experience I have taken - when I have taken leave for illness - at that time Director called me & asked to share current location & afterwards told me that his driver will come to check weather u r ill or not? Orpac business if of automation work (Different types of conveyors, Storage tanks, hoppers etc) - Its Design is made by Design team (If any revision occured after manufacturing start - then debit Note is given to that designer. But never given to Design Head - as he verified design & approved for Drawing Release. Even in business / working profile he is not ethical & transparent to his Vendors & Suppliers. He is always in search of new suppliers - He shares costing sheets to them & shows that he is very clear & transparent. He shows a picture of Big amount value & place them PO. But in cost sheet he always makes mistakes to reduce costing. _which effects that Loss of supplier at the end. But supplier knows this in very last he has no option. Many of earlier suppliers collapsed / closed their Business due to Orpac orders. He offers much more order volume in starting of business - even in some cases he pays advance also to grab attention from supplier as well as on time payment for first 1 or 2 orders. When Director (Krishnan) comes to know that this party has no any amount to invest in his Raw material cost for their next order - then he stops their old balance payments. He is very cruel Tamil person, but yes he has much more contacts in Maharashtra. Thats why he is running his business here in Pune - Nighoje MIDC. His plot is rented from the person who is working in Police at Senior Position. I have taken help from MANASE to take my balance payment & Even Registered FIR against him - But no effect to him due to his connections. About Working Hours - 8:30 am - In time ( 2 late mark max of 15 min allowed in a month) 8:35 am onwards is counted as Late Mark. From third late mark onwards each late mark will considered as half day. Out time officially is of 6:30 pm But if you goes on time then he starts to look at you very angerly - stands in front of gate at that time by reason of smocking & checks who are leaving on time.
