Ormax Media was founded on July 28, 2008 by Vispy Doctor and Shailesh Kapoor as India's first specialised media consulting firm. Our work spans across categories such as television, films, radio, print and branded entertainment.
Over the last 8+ years, we have built industry products in the areas of testing, tracking and forecasting key business variables, such as viewership and box office, among others. These products enable media & entertainment firms take critical business decisions related to investment, strategy, branding, marketing and content.
While a significant portion of our work entails primary consumer research, we see research as means, not the end in itself. Having built a slate of forecast models and testing techniques, all our research work eventually works towards delivering business value to our clients. A growing area of our work is business consulting, where some of the best minds in the business interact with the Ormax Media team on areas of strategic importance, with a well-defined end result in mind.
