Nothing I can think of. If you are really interested you can learn by roaming around departments but be careful when you try to give your opinion or ideas. Because scientists will get offended.
1. No parity - Any individual can secure any position with any compensation, regardless of education and experience, if they possess sharp negotiation skills and are referred by an internal employee, as there is no HR policy in place. 2. Work-life balance - For those seeking a tranquil work environment, it is advisable to consider departments other than R&D, as the product is still in the research and development phase. 3. Promotion & Hike - Without an HR policy, promotions and salary increases are not based on merit or performance. Those who are favored by their superiors and adept at agreeing with them may receive rapid and multiple promotions. 4. R&R - In the absence of a clear policy, diligent employees may find themselves burdened with additional work. Some departments operate in obscurity, with their functions and personnel remaining unknown. 5. Privilege - When a department head or boss is well-regarded, their department's workload may be shifted to others. Engineers or managers, unembarrassed by their lack of knowledge, may pass their responsibilities onto someone else due to their privileged status. 6. No transparency - The company operates without transparency, concealing its internal processes and decisions from employees. 7. If you are in good terms with CEO or if you are an mallu you can get three hikes in a year with multiple promotions. 8.
