Good company. Salary will be credited in time. You will get an opportunity to learn and upskil. So its an ideal company for both experienced and freshers.

Dislikes

Every organization has its own pros and cons. But in my opinion O3M has lot of positives and it provide a pleasant environment to work upon. Micromanagement may be a big concern.
