Good facilities provided to all of the employees, every one is treated well, work - life is balanced well

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

due to the crises there is no increment from last 3 yrs and no grade promotion, all the Head of the company work only for their selfish reason, top management specially Chairman is very good living being, expat management are worse (some)

work is good and peaceful in some division, but in some division the GM dont want their jr Staff to grow, they think if the subordinate grow then their job is danger.
