Pharma Executive Managers earn in Crores at the cost of termination of Field workers .No work only play for Head office Managers of Novartis India Limited.Shamless Cruel ruthless incompetent Senior Managers.

Politics Cruel Corruption warmongers vindictive nepotism by Incompetent Senior Managers at the cost of termination of more than 700 to 800 Employees in the last 10 years by shutting down Business units , selling products .Taking advantage of the flaws of Indian labour laws .Management is busy in only destructive activities over the last few years.HR Legal Training Compliance Heads all are enjoying and earning in Crores at the cost of job of employees !! will employees family commit suicide now ? No company is interested to take Novartis India limited associates barring few .NIL division Top Boss is busy in taking lives !! what a shame !!!
