No problems to job security if anyone has in permanent job because its a PSU. Company policies are good but not excuted properly due to lack of management efficiency.

Work pressure is normal like any other psu in power sector. Field posting gets top most priority. Most of the projects are located in remote areas. Posting in head quarter or design groups is very rare. Growth was good but it depends on taking up new projects continuously. Compensation package is good. Job security is there. Salary package is as per government of India's rules and based on profit earned on sell of quantum of power. Travelling is now a part of any job and it is there also.
