I was embarassed by the email sent by HR stating about my 20 yrs exp and i was insulted by him that i did not make a single contribution. I was also accused stating that i prevented my people from doing my work which is false. NJK pharma does not know what it is doing in the market regards to cardio division. the head office people do not know to use Saneforce app too. Chennai field people think that saturday is a paid holdifay for them this information was also not mentioned correctly. The CEO does not know what is happening in the field or within the teams, your HR person does not know how to rectify issues either he cascades that to the higher management or he does not know how to read and understand it. If the HR had tried to solve several issues in the field the employee turnover rate woudl have been reduced and many people would not have resigned.
