It was a 13 years journey not to say more but few are here I joined the organization 14 Oct 2011and Till 2018 here working standard was some different from others, Management knew the way forward if people were in trouble. I told them who want to know how was Nivea delivering the business month on month I learned more here it's business strategies, Three times i was the part of best Region and also awarded Blue night award apart from this i was interviewed with RSM in 2016 for next level. We are losing our business in GT specially in SS channel degrowing regularly and ws also while we know town expansion is helping to increase Nivea Business in sub db towns and found new consumer also . Person who were looking only SS channel with average support plan not able to perform and sub dBs are looking rates outside of the market , Scheme Planning not good as required. Low performance- Loosing Trust and Care among the team....Read More
