Nilite Concrete Systems is the manufacturer of Precast Concrete Products in India. We develop products that are economical, durable, speed up the construction process and reduces the labour work at site. For this, we constantly develop, research, innovate and bring out new technologies.Nilite Concrete Systems has introduced the Precast Concrete Boundary Wall in the Indian Market with Big Panels. The precast concrete boundary wall that we manufacture is a new concept based on complete precasting of items required to make a boundary wall. The precast concrete boundary walls that Nilite manufacture's consist of Precast RCC Panels in thickness of 125mm with height upto 2200mm and width upto 3800mm. The columns of Nilite's Precast Boundary Wall are also heavy and are of size 550mm X 300mm with height upto 3000mm. The footings are available in L type and center footings. Option of boundary wall going below the natural ground level is also available with the use of precast plinth beam panel.Nilite has also introduced the precast concrete toilets in India. The usp of our precast concrete toilet is that it is made in a single piece with high strength RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete).Nilite has been working for the construction industry since 2003. We started with concrete block manufacturing unit in Gurgaon, and were the first to start the production of concrete masonry units on commercial basis using Besser's Bescopac machine with automatic batching and steam curing in North India.We have worked for DMRC extensively through out the different phases and our clients included KSHI-JV, IMCC, L&T, Metro Tunnelling Group, ITD - ITD Cem JV and many more.
