Your problem start when you leave the company, they will make sure that you don't get your commission and only optikn left with you is legal batle.

They dont pay salary, only on commission based job . Its very difficult to survive in the market without salary. Usually insurance sector clients will not decide soon to sign the policies till that time at least they should provide a small salary in Dirhams. But they give false hope of dollar commission....
