The upper class behaves well, and if there is a problem, they provide support.

Dislikes

Workers are not given PF and bonuses; the owners take everything for themselves. They give workers 2000 or 3000 to sweep matters under the rug. Salary increments are not in accordance with company laws, and salaries are not paid on time; they are delayed by 10 to 15 days.
