Learning opportunity is good. But toxic environment. Seniors only promote and give credit to their favourite employees. Not a very inclusive environment if you are not from their part of the country. They will keep talking in their regional language in the important meetings excluding people who are from other parts of India.

Toxic Environment , Very low salary, Long working hours.

If you are a fresher, then it's a very good company for you to learn since you will be learning with escalations and your manager's scolding because you will not be provided with any KT. Also, you have a lot of growth opportunities if you become a lapdog, the talent here counts on the basis of your ability to please your manager. There is nothing to like here in the first place. No team outings if there are then they will ask for "contribution". No recognition, moreover, if you don't have work then all you need to do is look into the damn screen. You cannot talk in the bay. The managers are basically working as a "CCTV". They are two-faced people. They will ask you to apply for half day even if you have worked for 7 hours straight and if used the emergency room/medical room for 20 mins. And the HR sucks, the company policies are bound to change from bay to bay or manager to manager. They will be willing to increase your scope of work but would not be willing to increase your salary and if you ask them then they will treat you as someone who did some kind of treasury. There is strict WFO but if they want you then even if you are sick and they have no one to work they will give you WFH very easily but if you require because of your illness then they won't be giving it to you, double standard huh? The middle management sucks, a lot of people have left the project, but the upper management doesn't give a damn as the middle management is licking their boots for the past 10 years....Read More
