Additionally, the workload in the BGV department is quite high and often depends on the manager’s expectations.

There were significant drawbacks as well. - No Work Life Balance - Very Low Salary Despite the company’s good intentions, some detrimental individuals in high positions create a toxic work culture. While the leadership team is smart, kind and capable of recognising talent, the combination of low salaries and long working hours leaves employees demotivated and hampers their productivity.
