1.no good infrastructure 2.no career growth 3.not retain there employees 4.mainly depend on there subsidiary company (like salaries, vendor payments etc.,) 5.no leaves for fresh employee ( leaves will allocate after 6mts) 6.no training for freshers 6.internal politics 7.less number of people have low-skill( because of this nosupport for that employees) 8.salaries are not paid in time ( 7th of every month) 9.instead of doing daily works they are doing last month works or year works 10.no job security...Read More
