Partiality, importance and values given to their own caste/community rather than efforts of the teacher, students pampered by...whatever students say that is correct do trust the students..if the teacher is strict students target that teacher ...for the security of your job you always stay behind the students and need to pamper for all the nonsense...

My experience of taking up English subject at NHLPS along with language lab was challenging initially because the students have high mother tongue influnce in their communication. But with time it was all sorted and the level of children just improved.
