Likes

Good working culture, all the employees very much supportive and guiding. The fascities and envoirenment is so good and non comparable in any of the organisation in Government sector. Job is secured but salary and incentives are same for all employees.

Dislikes

No any policy approved regarding promotion, due to government working pettern its time consuming some time.

Self driven job, no induction or training to newly joining employee, I used my previously earned knowledge and skill.
