There is nothing secure here either work culture , job security, salary on time , no promotion. one thing is perfect here that is caller buttering and polishing of higher authority to secure their job only and nothing else. Horrible and toxic work culutre. I felt burn out here. In future i suggest do not join narayana.

Not at all too much politics no work environment at qll

Dislikes

Nothing good about it,long working hours,no extra pay,no salary benefits,no leave , unnecessary pay cuts...and telling teachers to bring admission which is pathetic.
