no job security,work culture is not good as there is no proper communication skills from seniors and proper management as we cannot develope our skills there from start to end we will be same as we were, no proper administers.no proper team work. no good salary with respect to wok.

wholly we cannot learn any thing from here. they just use our skills thts it.too much work burden.

i worked as auto cad draftsman, which was not good as i couldnot learn anything from here worst company they only use our skiils.no skill development programs here.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I worked on all kind of footings and all kind of slab, preparing framing plans is the most challenging and my favorite part of work.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off
