Management is good and transparent.the company culture is also good.

Dislikes

The working atmosphere is spoilt by the mid level management who only work with their ego. Not at ready to tune them selves for the modern age competition. Same old school thoughts. People do not try to listen to their team members. That is the reason even the attrition levels are so high.
