Dislikes

Worst management, poor HR policy, everything will be linked to your salary. For every reason, they will threaten the employee by giving memos (which happens even because of mismanagement at higher level). Employees will be treated very badly. The only work here is to update attendance register and marks register. No scope for eitherteaching or research. But management expects to do wonders without giving a confidence on job security.
