The culture is better considering agency culture. The hierarchy is lean and it is easy to speak to managers and above.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The work life balance is negligible, the work pressure is extreme and every employee is made to handle 4-5 high intensity clients, with next to no support. The management is cost cutting everywhere and does not replace resources quickly, which leads to even more resignations. The expectations are unrealistic and no one will have your back in a beef with a client.
