At MacCann, the work enviroment is good and adaptable, but there,s one key issue: The lack of a yearly increment. This raises an important question - why should i give my best when the company prioritizes only work output without supporting financial growth? A job is a significant part of my life, and without increments, achieving finacial freedom or maintaining a balanced life becomes challenging.
