The company doesn't have any hierarchy and each person has their own projects which is great as it minimises the office politics. The company is full of young architects which makes the work environment better. You will learn a lot and it is great place for an architect to start. Salaries come on time, there is absolutely no hassle in regards to that.

Dislikes

The architect has his own way of working so sometimes it might feel like a box and that there is no scope for individual ideas but if it's done within that boundaries of Goan architect you can.
