They are not transparent with mid level staff can fire any time incharge and ns are too bed and Noida hr is not available for any help. Overall suggestion is that banglore staff should discuss with nursing staff of Noida. They incharge are forced to work on 24 hour and they approve only 12 and if you raise a voice then they will take a displine action

Dislikes

Everyone working as a motherhood staff but ns and incharge are destroyed nursing staff life previous month 4 nursing staff fire due to them. Incharge are forced to work 24 hour and employee mental health issues start half of staff are suffering from headache
