Working at Moris Media has been a mixed experience. While I appreciate the management and CEO for their support and learning opportunities, I've faced issues with the PR and marketing business development team. There seems to be a lack of support for new employees, with managers often unavailable due to meetings and unwilling to share knowledge. The office politics and inadequate training for new hires are disappointing. If a dedicated training team isn't established, I may have to leave. Moris Media offers valuable learning experiences and strong support from management and the CEO. The opportunity to work in the Middle East was also a positive aspect of my time here....Read More

Dislikes

The lack of support and training for new employees, coupled with office politics, has been disappointing. Managers often make excuses instead of helping, which affects the overall experience.
