Michelin is a worldly brand which has its offices at various places around the world. This made me hope that I would go in to see a very welcoming environment but nope. They have a toxic environment which is completely biased. They love the french and only the french. They cater to the french side of the staff more than the middle eastern side. This is more hurtful than anything else because we join great organisation and expect that we will be able to showcase our talents. But this was a very bad experience. Michelin is a good brand name but the environment inside the same is very messed up and difficult to deal with. To prove gender equality, the HR has hired a lot of females and keep promoting them and the males are then left behind. Women get promoted irrespective of their work, primarily due to HR targets and the guys who are working hard and have merit end up staying behind, highly dissatisfied and entirely stuck.
