The HR policies by the organisation is truly best in class and it supports employees friendly relations with employee..

Dislikes

Some of the managers recruited from GM are here in this organisation and location from start and they feel that they can treat there subordinate like the way they want they actually don't realise that the culture they are developing will be applied to there son and daughter also. And the experienced employee who have worked in multiple OEMS will not tolerate use of abusive language personal remarks and etc.....Read More

MG has only one time punch culture , no half days are marked ,they also provide with IJP to step out from monotony
