There is only one major points which I want to raise complaint about the salary increment process. According to me company should think about the year wise salary increment whether it is small or large. My opinion is there should be increment process such that employee can growth in a company also.

Dislikes

Dislike is only about each and every year salary increment.

I have total 2.5 years of total experience in MFX infotech pvt ltd.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
