Company will following standards, Mismanagement, dumb managers like they want you manage your own and complete the work as soon as possible. Leave policy changed and now all the power is given to your managers and manager will not approve unless your are sick but only max 2 days and you will not get money for left leaves when you exit. You will work among some of the best intuitive minds in the industry. It's a great place not covered with seniority complex, but people are more streamlined and team oriented, which will work in your favor

Dislikes

No sufficient increments, very poor approach to talent retention, and no proper training before or during work, given that most people are only freshers. Very few senior employees who are not at managerial level. However, they are improving due to Dentsu, but it still remains the highest attrition rate among its peers, only due to their no perks or good increments at all.
