School type environment is there in some teams. You need to listen to your manager like a teacher and obey all they say like a student like sitting silently, only doing your work, no fun. You can only have fun when they plan some boring outing for you just like in schools we used to have picnics and if you are seen having fun at work they will ask you to change your seats(typical school teacher behavior).
