Frequent layoff before bonus and appraisal especially for experience folks across Marketing, HR and Finance. Very low appraisal numbers with biased appraisal, strict office working no Wfh. Weekend working is a norm here.Huge attrition due to last few years. Management is baised towards tenure employees hence not much growth for new joiners. Recently bouncer hired for layoffs and it's all over social media. Using outdated technology and currently surviving on investor money since company is burning money with no profitable vision in sight. Loved everything there my team people and culture services and policies for employee benefits were good.

Dislikes

HR Management They laid of employees without prior notice and not only that hired bouncers to kick them out which was very humiliating.
