Employee nature is good and supportive but management is slow. Site expance don't pay on time to site engineer survived at site in good way.

Total harrassment to employees, suppliers, contractors. Nobody get payment without heavy deductions of director & md wishes. Employees treated very badly and director is rude & always want employees to stay late in the office only to harrass & deduct salary if anybody leaves office on time.
