There's politics in everything, no training is provided to new employees and they are expected to deliver performance like a tenured employee. In this company there's no difference between a new hire and an employee over multiple years in the company. No escalation matrix no feedback mechanism. They can hold your salary and 90 days of resignation period which is nowhere justified. Biasness in everything if you're a male. Unjust policies.
