The company is an agricultural implement machinery manufacturer, and always thinking about profit, not for the development and increasing skills of his employees.

Dislikes

In this company, I don't think anyone will appreciate you for your work. They always think about their own profit, not about customer satisfaction and employee benefits. They have very rude behaviour to their employees and customers. They never give the benefits of schemes, incentives and service to their employees.
