Co operation and coordination between employees.

Dislikes

Be careful Get clarity from HR, CTO and CEO. 1.Salay not on time ( 2.Not using Agile methodology. 3.Upper Management not core competencies. 4.Salary deduction if you are late. 5.Only one leave per month. 6.Don't have any type of documentation before starting a project. 7.Overall 6 holidays in a year ( 2 are Sunday). 8.Majority of hiring is fresher. ( no learning for them) 9.HR know nothing about technology and Agile methodologies....Read More
