There is no respect for professors... They are paying us less hike and I faced lot of work stress ... I felt that there is Politics and separation on every work what we do..But my colleagues are very supportive to me.. I'm very happy that I was a part of my department .. I love to work with my colleague's...repeated works are done..

Dislikes

Salary is not at all decent and career growth is slow ... Management does not address staffs issues.. There is not respect for professors from higher officials... They are treating as their maids...
