Dislikes

Hire and fire policy in management culture, randomly management r terminating employees on performance basis and they don't have any parameters to measure the talent, every time I feel job insecurities due to my personal finance libilities. They terminated approx 300 employees in last 6 months.

Work Details

Hectic work..... management pressuring to achieve unrealistic target.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
