Work culture is very bad, lacking professionalism.They give more importance to punch in punch out more than quality of work.Most of the employees are not trained well.Freshers are taken and directly put in to projects and eventually they may get some work ..or may not...if the manager is not assigned one you will have to sit idle for even more than a year.There are people who doesn't know anything after more than 3 years.It is very difficult to get the relieving .
