Took me for one designation and all the work which was given to me was of another designation, no maternity benefit, after mat leave when went to rejoin they said me your mat leave extended for more 2 months without any payment and got joined worked for 1 month then I asked them for work form home for my baby again they said me to take break for another 2 months without any payment. Lucky got another opportunity but the organization relived me with position were I did't worked for the only designation reason got rejected for new opportunity....Read More

No proper hikes no such things to learn something new, worst management, the rules their is more worst. No loyalty towards employees, no value for the designations, and if we raise our voice for our benefits they take revenge when we relieve from Makrocare.

Hi All, Before deciding to join MakroCare, please consider the following points carefully. I'm Shaik Javeed Jafri, and I joined MakroCare as a fresher. I have worked here for 2 years and 7 months in regulatory affairs for medical products. Here are some observations from my experience: Initial Performance-Based Hike: During the first year, salary hikes are provided based on performance, which is appreciated. Long Working Hours: Be prepared to work extra hours as needed. Management Structure: This is primarily an HR-managed company, and there is limited managerial support. HR Permissions: For work-related requests, you must seek approval from HR, which can slow down certain processes. Office Conditions: On the third floor, the AC often malfunctions, and no alternatives have been provided to address the discomfort. Delayed Hikes in the Second Year: In the second year, hikes tend to be postponed without clear communication from HR. Lack of Response from HR: Emails and inquiries related to salary increases often go unanswered, and managers appear unable to assist with these issues. Pending Full and Final Settlement: I resigned on May 9, 2024, and as of now, I still haven’t received my full final payment. Seek Insight from Former Employees: Before joining the healthcare sector at MakroCare, I recommend speaking with current or former employees to get more insights.
