Company is very ethical and no issue of continuity with job. Employee policies are good and learning/skill development is main benefit here.

Dislikes

Company fails to retain performers as they don't have any efficient criteria for performance evaluation. They treat the different geography and area same way which creates dissatisfaction in appraisals as based on same parameters for all. Also work/life balance is difficult here as employee productivity demand is high as compared to market standards.

Work Details

Company helped me in developing skills and confidence as being assigned on various projects. Seniors are very helpful here.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
