It is Government Aided Institution and therefore the job security is excellent, work culture and the environment is very good.

Dislikes

Some persons appointed on the statutory tenure posts are busy in fulfilling their whims rather than taking beneficial decisions towards the institution and most of the time they are working under the ministerial pressure.
