It is a terrible experience every I had in my career. I don't not recommend any one to join in the company. There is no work culture, hr never respond. They will easy get into our personal life and create problems. Salary will be credited lately and there is no benift, increment will not happen. We can't work freely, they keep on asking to work and indirectly add additional role's. If we escalate any issue then it is done, they will target us and even terminate us. We should not talk to our co-workers always need to maintain quite. There is no proper leadership CEO, Marketing team head, Weekend Certification Program Manager, Registrar this person's only create problems, we start to feel that working in a toxic environment very soon. They haven't processed my first and last settlement, I have escalated the issue to company MD, then only I got my settlement but still hr is not releasing my experience letter, the response from hr is still management haven't signed. Marketing team head will abuse in front everyone, even some time he physical handle the team. He always says lie to team by frequently miss us company MD & their family members name to his cooking lie storys. Registrar will always spy us in cctv and through local server he gets in to our systems, mobile phone or laptop and see our data and he also physically misbehaved with women employees. Weekend Certification Program Manger acts like supporting us and get the information from us shares to CEO & Marketing team head.
