The work culture here can be quit unhealthy. Despite the COVID 19 situation, flexibility in policies seems inconsistent. Being late in the morning gets you marked absent, while late sitting is encouraged. While they offer tea and coffee, it's almost like they're doing a favour. Their priorities seem to be more about their own gain,with less concern for your life and career. The office environment isn't great either - it's worse than a storage room.
