There is no HR involvement in Employee policies, he is there for a name sake. No proper policy and business strategy. No clarity for working employees regarding their benefits. You can't expect career growth in this company, Just learn and Go..Sales is their main moto..but to take a long run in market, company should focus on theirmarketing strategy and employee Hierarchy..
