Hiring young employees, and giving scope to freshers to have a start (for designers)

Dislikes

Very poor scope of getting promoted, unless you be a favourite to your manager. Favourism works heavily here. They don't want to upgrade talented people, just not to disturb their own performance. Operations managers looting the company by misguiding with extra petty cash, making their own homes with livspace materials, taking commission from vendors etc. And whoever doesn't support it, will be terminated/sent to PIP or transferred to other department. Terrible work life balance. Managers threats or pushes to leave job. So system or systematic management process. Un equal salary distribution...Read More
