Our current policy is highly flexible and starting next year, employees will be required to work from the office for a maximum of 12 days/month. ------> Job Security: Employees are our greatest asset, and terminations at LiteBreeze are extremely rare. These occur only in cases of malpractices or serious performance issues. When performance is a concern, we ensure transparent communication, documented feedback, and provide ample time for improvement. -----> Workload and Projects: Work-life balance is a priority for us. We carefully evaluate our capacity before committing to projects to ensure realistic timelines. Most of our projects are long-term, spanning several years, and we focus on sustainable client relationships.
