There are some employees who hacked the department and continously harassed there co-workers as mentaly, Most of employees are working here on contracts basis and working here from a long time like as 10-15 years but he don't have any opportunity to be a part of these company on there payroll , they have no any opportunity to grow his career specially in distribution. Team workers are not good in support, some employees in distribution they behave with there co-workers like really harassment....Read More

Work life experience in linde indian limited as feel like punishment and harrassment just of because some people. And the senior management maybe know each and everything but culprits person doing there boot polishing so they dont take any action.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
